Pending ISO 9001:2008 Registration!
Quality has always been the highest priority for Northern Power Products but we believe quality extends far beyond simply “the product” - it includes the entire customer experience. Because we are dedicated to the quality of your experience, we have committed to achieving ISO 9001:2008 registration by the end of the second quarter in 2011 and have received a 'Notice of Pending Registration' from Perry Johnson Registrars, Inc. This is a major project requiring about 18 months of intensive effort, but it is important as a demonstration of our dedication to you and to delivering a quality experience every time.
